Maternity Care and Family Planning Center

The Maternity Care and Family Planning Center has been a mainstay at Manchester Memorial Hospital–Rockville Campus for more than 30 years. The Center provides prenatal and postpartum care for women who are uninsured or under-insured, and they have access to a wide variety of services. All patients will receive one-on-one care from a doctor or nurse. Our services include:

• Assistance in enrolling in the HUSKY Health State of CT Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program (Private Insurers also accepted)
• Family Planning Services
• Gynecological exams
• Laboratory services
• Physical exams, health promotion and maintenance
• Pregnancy testing
• Sexually transmitted infection testing and prevention education
• Ultrasounds
